Event location, management and agency services - international by city in Prague

We conceptualize, plan and organize a complete event (on- on off-location) for all occasions - international, all budget classes and according to the desired framework conditions such as occasion and number of guests.

We realize events from less than 100 up to several 1000 guests.

Please choose in which city you need an event location, an event agency or special event service providers for your planned event. We have teams in the specified cities or each no more than about 2-3 hours drive from the specified location.

The following services are already included in the price of this product:

✓ Department setup incl. crew planning & briefing on the artistic concept
✓ Database location scouting & event agencies
✓ On-site location scouting (excl. travel costs)
✓ Clarifications of location requirements and restrictions, official permits, etc.
✓ Guest list management incl. VIP guests and red carpet admission control
✓ Management pre & post preparations of the event or function
✓ All event areas such as location, catering, staff, talents, music, DJ, lighting, sound, decoration, etc.

Not included in the price of this product are:

✗ Location fees & insurance
✗ Crew overtime (depending on health & safety laws at the production location)
✗ Crew travel expenses
✗ Crew travel expenses
✗ Crew overnight stays
✗ Crew expenses
✗ Customer's special requests not covered by the product description and resulting in additional financial expenses.
