Framework conditions of the stated hourly rates

All stated hourly efforts refer to services rendered during the respective consultant’s regular business hours. Unless otherwise specified, these are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (German time).

Services outside regular business hours are generally possible but must be agreed upon separately. Unless otherwise specified, the following surcharges apply:

Outside regular working hours, i.e., before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. German time: 50%
On Saturdays and Sundays: 75%
On major public holidays such as Christmas or Easter: 100%

If a service has been booked with ALPHA POOL and is not utilized—regardless of whether the commissioning company is responsible—an cancellation fee of 50% of the originally agreed budget will be due. It is the responsibility of the commissioning company to secure appropriate insurance coverage against cancellation or other risks of any kind.
