Laura's career path has taken her from traditional marketing to online strategy, several years as a strategy consultant in traditional management consulting and innovation consulting. She was part of a company builder team and founded an accelerator herself. Laura has been an independent strategy and innovation consultant with Studio Landschek since 2017. She is passionate about designing and facilitating workshops under the Workshop Salon brand and lectures as a guest professor at ASE (Bucharest University of Economic Studies).

Customer Centricity. For me, the customer or user and their needs always take center stage, which is why I involve them in the strategic process. I don't believe in consultants who lock themselves away and come back months later with thick decks. Listening, asking, looking, understanding and developing solutions together with customers - that's how it's done. I see my job as inspiring, empowering and supporting my clients. To this end, I bring curiosity, experience, empathy, a great passion for methodical approaches and a repertoire of frameworks and tools. Design thinking offers an approach to working iteratively and thinking beyond existing patterns. Strategies must be implementable and not just the day after tomorrow.

General conditions of the stated hourly rates

All quoted hourly rates refer to the provision of services within the normal business hours of the respective consultant. Unless otherwise stated, these are from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., German time.

A service outside normal business hours is generally possible, but must be agreed separately. Unless otherwise agreed, the following surcharges shall apply:

Outside normal working hours, i.e. before 9 a.m. or after 6 p.m. German time: 50%
On Saturdays and Sundays: 75%
On public holidays such as Christmas or Easter: 100%

If a service has been booked with ALPHA POOL and is not called up - whether or not this is the responsibility of the commissioning company - a cancellation fee of 50% of the originally offered budget will be due. It is the responsibility of the commissioning company to take out appropriate insurance to cover itself against all types of default risks.
