The following main services are included in the price:
- an event location in Germany tailored to your occasion
- a high-quality setting including stage, talk staging and branding
- a professional moderator and thematically appropriate talk guests
- up to 100 event guests
- the complete event management incl. staff (e.g. event manager, technician, guest reception, service, DJ, set-up & dismantling helpers, security)
- guest and invitation management
- standard event technology and equipment (e.g. visuals, lighting, sound, etc.)
- an appealing catering and beverage service
The following items are not included in the price in advance:
- Fees, special requests and travel expenses of testimonials or brand ambassadors.
- travel expenses of the event and production team
- Licensing for image material, music, archive material, etc.
- optional services
- special requests by the customer that are not covered by the product description and service overview and / or lead to additional financial expenses
- not included services according to quick overview

Our price calculation is based on our extensive pool of potential locations as well as technical & equipment packages that we offer for the implementation of the event. Of course, we take your wishes into account and implement them as needed during the production. If, based on your specific briefing, we identify items at the outset that lead or could lead to additional financial expenditure, we will discuss these with you in detail and offer you possible financial alternatives. This way you keep your budget under control.
