Traditional agencies recommend what they can sell themselves. This is structurally a conflict of interest. We are different. 

 ALPHA POOL does not profit from pushing a particular solution. We profit from our customers receiving the solution that best solves their problem.  

This sounds obvious, but it is not. Because it requires independence.

We begin every mandate with an honest analysis of the problem - without knowing in advance what the solution will be. 

 We recommend providers whom we know and have vetted, and whom we stand behind without reservation. And we say no if a job isn't right for us.

We have seen (almost) everythign

ALPHA POOL was founded in 2002 - at a time when celebrity marketing was still uncharted territory in Germany and no one could spell “omnichannel.” What drove us back then still drives us today: the conviction that most companies could achieve much more with their budgets - if someone kept an eye on the big picture. 

We have never seen ourselves as a traditional agency. Agencies sell their own services. We identify the right problem - and then the right solution. That was unusual in 2002. It still is today.

2002 – Our founding 

In our very first year, we had the opportunity to go on a casting tour through Germany for the music channel VIVA. Under the name “Viva Casting Garage,” we visited four German cities in search of new presenters for the youth channel. And who did we find? Two presenters who are still active in Germany today: Annemarie Carpendale (then Warnkross) and Gülcan Kamps (then Karahanci).

2003 - Fashion trade fairs 

Our founding coincided with the founding of our first major client - Premium Exhibition, which would soon become the largest fashion trade fair in Germany. For us, it was our entry into the fashion world, with many contacts and connections that remain to this day.

2004 - Shoes for Charity 

Thanks to Premium, we subsequently had many fashion clients, including Tatami, a subsidiary of Birkenstock. We organized a charity event for them called Shoes for Charity in aid of the Peter Maffay Foundation. Among those taking part were the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson, and a then very young Sarah Connor.

From 2004 – celebrity collaborations 

Also in 2004, we launched our first celebrity collaboration – with Franziska van Almsick. Over the years, we have been able to design and implement countless other collaborations – with many German stars, but also many international ones. However, Franzi will always have a special place in our hearts. .

From 2005 - Lambertz Monday Night

In 2005, we began working with Lambertz on projects including Lambertz Monday Night - arguably the most spectacular red carpet event in Germany, which is truly one of a kind. With this event, we celebrated 20 years of collaboration with Lambertz and, above all, its CEO, Dr. Hermann Bühlbecker, in 2025.

2006 - Paris Hilton

In 2006, we were responsible for launching a Prosecco in cans - golden cans, to be precise, hence the name: Rich Prosecco. And really, no one could have been a better match for this drink at the time than the ultimate It girl - Paris Hilton. It remains one of the most spectacular events we have ever organized.

From 2007 - Celebrity Marketing

Since 2007, we have implemented thousands of campaigns with celebrities - both big and small. Every event, every shoot, every encounter with big stars remains exciting and thrilling. However, over the years, you do become a little more serene.

From 2012 - Musik Marketing

In 2012, we discovered a new form of celebrity marketing: music marketing. We were commissioned by Bacardi to reinterpret the classic advertising song “Summer Dreaming” and enlisted former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland for the project. We celebrated the song with a record release party in Berlin, preceded by a video shoot in Barcelona.

2017 - amazon fashion

In 2017, we were given an exclusive look behind the scenes at the world's largest e-commerce giant - Amazon. Together with Sylvie Meis, we launched an underwear and swimwear collection exclusively for Amazon. This marked our entry into e-commerce and all the omnichannel activities that resulted from it.

From 2018 - Diversification

Through our collaboration with Amazon, we have understood where the journey must take us—digitalization, internationalization, and above all, away from agency thinking. We must be free and independent in order to advise and support our customers and partners in the same way.

From 2020 - Rita Ora, Leni Klum, Thomas Müller

Other international campaigns: Rita Ora for Deichmann, Leni Klum for FILA, Thomas Müller for Turbogrün. The network is growing - the quality remains the same.

From 2023 - Omnichannel Operating Partner
