Who is the platform aimed at?
ALPHA POOL is a pure B2B store and is aimed exclusively at companies, entrepreneurs, agencies, freelancers, self-employed persons and public institutions.
Our products and services can therefore not be purchased by consumers in the sense of §13 BGB.
When registering in our store, please include a proof such as your VAT ID number, so that we can clearly identify you as an entrepreneur or similar.
What does it cost to access the platform?
Access to the ALPHA POOL Shop is free of charge and without obligation - the only requirement is that you meet the conditions as a B2B customer, i.e. you are an entrepreneur, freelancer, self-employed person or a public institution.
By registering, you do not enter into any obligation, e.g. to purchase our products and services.

We are continuously digitizing and expanding our service portfolio and the services of our partners for you.

How is our price for a product usually made up?
The prices of our products and services can be composed of a fixed setup portion, which includes our efforts regardless of your selected number of products, and a variable portion, which includes only the efforts that specifically result from the selected choice of e.g. certain features of the product.
If, on the basis of the briefing, we identify items that lead or could lead to additional financial expenditure, we discuss these in detail before the start of production and offer possible alternatives.
This allows us to offer you a fair, transparent fixed price adapted to the final effort.
Is it still possible to change variants after purchase?
Depending on the product and the current project phase, it may (still) be possible to change the originally selected product or service variant.
Please discuss this individually with your ALPHA POOL project manager, who will advise you in detail and coordinate the possibilities with you.
The service has shown an AE share - what does that mean?
If the product or the service lists an AE share (= profit sharing) as a special condition, this is due on the fee of the successfully mediated celebrity(ies) and will be charged subsequently or, depending on the product conditions, also invoiced.

Are there also individual offers and services?
Yes.

What are the payment terms?
The payment modalities are subject to the individual framework agreed with you when commissioning the respective service / services and taking into account our GTC point 9 remuneration and terms of payment.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Products and services from the ALPHA POOL Shop are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs, tradesmen, freelancers and public institutions (B2B customers). We exclude a revocation.
