What obligations do I enter into when I join the Talent Pool?
We are pleased and thank you for your interest in joining our talent pool.
Your inclusion in our talent pool is completely non-binding and free of charge. You do not enter into any obligations. Likewise, we do not have any obligations towards you, i.e. you do not have to accept an order placed by us, nor do we have to present you to our business partners.
A claim on your part to the publication of your profile does not exist in principle.
We also reserve the right to publish or block your profile in our Talent Pool at any time if we have to assume that your information in the questionnaire is not truthful or that your intentions of a cooperation do not meet the requirements of our business partners and customers.
Will I incur a finder's fee or other costs?
The admission and presentation in our talent pool is completely free of charge for you. Only when it comes to a legally binding contractual relationship, e.g. in the case of an assignment, rights and obligations arise according to our terms and conditions.
This means that we will agree with you in advance on a possible commission in connection with a successful placement of an order.
If you already have a management that represents you, we will usually conduct the negotiations with them. In this context, see also the answer to the next question.
I already have a management team looking after me. What do I do?
We are not talent managers. That's why you can also join our talent pool with your own management.
We don't want to compete with your management, but would rather invite them to enter into a partnership with us, because in the end we all benefit from it.
So feel free to refer your management and make them aware of us.
