Your central product catalog
The PIM module is your central data foundation for all product information. EAN, SKU, ASIN, GTIN, prices, stock levels by location, reviews, sales history, and listing status per marketplace are consolidated into one consistent data set. Product data is maintained once and automatically synchronized across Amazon, Zalando, OTTO, eBay, Kaufland, and your own shop.
The system monitors inventory in real time and automatically adjusts the listing status when defined thresholds are reached. Unavailable products are deactivated on a channel specific basis. The product catalog forms the foundation for purchasing, imports, settlement, logistics, and orders, all of which work from the same central data.
Customers
CRM across all channels
The CRM module consolidates all customer data from connected channels into one complete profile. You can see in real time through which channel the first purchase was made, where orders are placed regularly, what the total revenue is, when the last purchase was made, and whether VIP status applies. Metrics such as customer count, repeat purchase rate, and average basket value always reflect the current status.
The system automatically identifies cross channel buyers and combines orders into one profile. Repeat purchases across different platforms are consolidated. VIP customers are tagged based on purchase frequency, basket value, and channel distribution, forming the basis for segmentation and targeted reactivation.
Logistics
Shipping, returns, and inventory in real time
The logistics module creates complete transparency across all shipping processes in real time. Average processing time, open orders, and the current carrier split are available live at any time. Status changes such as cancellations, shipped parcels, or low stock warnings appear immediately. Delivery countries are displayed geographically together with order volume by market, making international structures visible.
Bottlenecks in the process chain are identified early, before they lead to negative reviews. The system alerts you when deviations from the defined target value occur. All logistics partners are connected via standardized interfaces and can be expanded without system disruption, allowing your logistics ecosystem to scale with your growth.

The payments module consolidates all payment flows from every connected channel in real time. Revenue by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, invoice, credit card, or direct debit is displayed as a live status, enabling immediate control. The cost analysis shows transparently by method, channel, and period which fees apply and whether your payment mix is leaving margin potential untapped.
Every transaction can be tracked with its status and a direct link to the order. Refunds and chargebacks become visible immediately. New providers are continuously integrated, all payment data is normalized across channels, and presented in one unified, comparable structure.
Marketing
Performance across all channels (Marketing Suite)
The IDEAL360 Marketing Suite consolidates all advertising activities into one central view. Spend across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate channels is displayed together with impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions in real time. The performance analysis shows ROAS at both channel and campaign level, replacing the manual consolidation of separate advertising and tracking systems.
The suite is currently in beta and is being expanded continuously. The goal is to integrate more than 300 on channel and off channel marketing channels into one real time data foundation. Based on this, the system enables precise forecasts for optimal budget allocation and strategic scaling.
Marketplaces
All platforms in one cockpit
The marketplaces module creates full transparency across all connected sales platforms in real time. Orders, revenue, and trend indicators by channel are displayed live. Status changes such as new orders, successful listing pushes, or available integrations appear immediately. Issues on individual platforms become visible before they have a noticeable impact on your revenue.
New marketplaces can be connected with a single click, with more than 950 sales channels available. Every connected channel appears automatically in the overall overview. The IDEAL360 ecosystem continues to grow with new platforms, regions, and commerce channels, without any additional IT effort required from your team.
Accounting
VAT, OSS, revenue accounts, SUSA export
The accounting module is one of the most powerful components of IDEAL360 and provides maximum compliance for EU merchants. All transactions are recorded automatically, VAT is calculated across channels, and OSS filings are prepared on time. Revenue accounts follow the DATEV standard, subledger closings and SUSA reports can be exported with one click, and everything is fully prepared for handover.
Trial balances, VAT liabilities, and postings remain consistent and fully traceable at all times. Monthly closings are archived in an audit proof manner. Manual reconciliations between marketplaces, shops, and logistics providers are no longer necessary. IDEAL360 delivers structured data to your tax advisor automatically, on time, and in the required format.
Import & Supply Chain
From container to shelf
The import module links real time sales data directly to your procurement planning. Inventory coverage is continuously analyzed and prioritized reorder recommendations are generated automatically. Active imports are monitored live with route, customs status, and ETA. A full cost calculation transparently shows product value, shipping, insurance, customs duties, and handling, while immediately highlighting savings from optimized routes.
Based on inventory status, ETA requirements, and current freight rates, the system automatically selects the most cost efficient route. Customs clearance is triggered and documented via auto clearance. All import documents are generated, archived in an audit proof manner, and available digitally at any time.
Purchasing & Demand Planning
AI powered forecasting
The purchasing module expands the import module with forward looking, AI powered demand planning. Based on sales history, seasonality, campaigns, shelf life requirements, and channel specific lead times, the system calculates optimal order timing and quantities. The forecast view shows coverage, recommended quantity, order date, and priority for each product, while critical items are highlighted and can be confirmed directly.
The system automatically identifies consolidation potential, bundles orders, and shows the resulting savings transparently. FBA replenishment is planned in an integrated way, including seasonal demand effects. This creates a data driven purchasing setup that reduces costs and secures long term availability.
Customer Service
Tickets across all channels
The customer service module consolidates all inquiries from connected channels into one central ticketing system. Messages from marketplaces, shop, and email appear in one unified view with priority, status, assigned agent, and direct order reference. Tickets are structured by urgency and processing status, while workload and assignment of service agents remain fully transparent.
Each ticket is directly linked to the relevant order, including channel, shipping date, and carrier. Follow up questions and system switching are no longer necessary. The module is continuously being expanded with new marketplaces and communication channels, which are automatically integrated into the central ticket overview.
Shop Statistics
Revenue Intelligence
The shop statistics module is your central revenue intelligence hub. Revenue, orders, basket value, and margin across all connected channels are aggregated in real time and displayed in a comparable format. Developments by channel are visible including trend indicators. Filters by revenue, orders, products, marketing, and time period enable precise analysis at every management level.
All metrics are live and reflect the current business status instead of past monthly figures. The margin calculation takes channel specific fees, shipping costs, and returns into account, making not only revenue but actual profitability transparent and enabling well founded decisions.

If ALPHA POOL acts as Merchant of Record, the settlement module provides full financial transparency in real time. Gross revenue, deductions, credits, and net payout are displayed down to the cent. Every fee item is clearly broken down by marketplace, payment method, refund type, discount campaign, or deposit, ensuring that all transactions remain fully traceable at all times.
The settlement archive documents all payouts in an audit proof manner with status and date. Past periods can be accessed at any time. The module is available exclusively to MoR clients and creates maximum transparency as a clear alternative to the opaque black box models of traditional fulfillment providers.

The reports module automates your entire reporting workflow. Sales, inventory, stock movement, and warehouse reports are generated daily, weekly, or monthly and provided as cloud synced CSV or XLSX files.
