What exactly is a merchant of record?

A Merchant of Record (MoR) is the legal seller of your products. This means that we take care of invoicing the end customer, taxes, returns, customer service, and compliance in every EU country. You deliver the goods to us - we do the rest.

How soon can I start?

The omnichannel audit usually takes five business days. After that, we can take over operations within four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of your channel structure and the desired markets.

Do I have to change my existing shop system?

No.IDEAL360 is system-independent and connects to all common shop systems (Shopware, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and marketplaces via APIs. No system change, no IT migration.

How much does the Omnichannel Audit cost?
